Residential Maintenance Programs

BRONZE PACKAGE (STARTING AT $299 PER YEAR)
  • 2 visits per year.
  • Perform visual inspection of lighting system and components.
  • Verify each fixture is working properly.
  • Replace inoperative lamp bulbs (parts and supplies not included).
  • Aim fixtures for best lighting aesthetics when appropriate.
  • Check transformer connections and adjust timers for optimum energy savings.


SILVER PACKAGES (STARTING AT $499 PER YEAR)
  • 2 visits per year + 1 floating check up.
  • Perform visual inspection of lighting system and components.
  • Verify each fixture is working properly.
  • Replace inoperative lamp bulbs and fixtures (parts and supplies not included).
  • Replace damaged fixtures at a rate of $20.00 per.
  • Clean fixture lenses and photocells on transformers.
  • Aim fixtures for best lighting aesthetics when appropriate.
  • Check transformer connections and adjust timers for optimum energy savings.
  • Technical analysis of system to maximize the life of lamps and bulbs.


GOLD PACKAGES (STARTING AT $999 PER YEAR)
  • 3 visits per year + 1 floating check up.
  • Perform visual inspection of lighting system and components.
  • Verify each fixture is working properly.
  • Replace inoperative lamp bulbs and fixtures (parts and supplies not included).
  • Replace damaged fixtures at a rate of $20.00 per.
  • Receive a 20% off retail prices towards products and supplies.
  • Clean fixture lenses and photocells on transformers.
  • Aim or relocate fixtures for best lighting aesthetics when appropriate.
  • Check transformer connections and adjust timers for optimum energy savings.
  • Technical analysis to ensure maximum optimization of complete system.
